I have ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to ensure that all items arrive to you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together as different shipping methods can be used depending on the product. Once the item has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch notification email.
Can I change the delivery address of my parcel once it has been dispatched?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the dispatch once the product is in transit.

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vanllno.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
